I have been at this company for over a year.
When I interviewed, I had quite a few reservations because the online reviews were very negative.
Based on my observations, this company values character.
The questionnaire you fill out during the interview is mainly intended to understand how you react when you encounter problems at work.
During my interview with the manager, they also focused more on my personality and experience.
After actually joining the company, I found that as long as you put in the effort, everyone is willing to help you grow.
The interview process was fairly simple and relaxed.
It consisted of introducing yourself, answering questions, and so on.
Just answer honestly and highlight your strengths.
I passed the interview that same day.
Personally, I feel that this company has given me many opportunities to learn.
Although the company needs people who can contribute right away,
so you should not come in expecting to learn from scratch,
the boss strongly encourages everyone to buy books and take classes.
For example, when I previously shared with the boss that I wanted to buy a book,
they bought it for me right away without hesitation!
I found it very touching and am very grateful.
As a recent graduate entering the workforce, I feel that I have grown a lot here.
In this past year or so, I also have not encountered the situations mentioned in the other comments.
The bonus system and other benefits are also fairly well established.
For your reference~
There is a high degree of freedom, so you need to be very good at self-discipline and time management.
At first, you may feel overwhelmed, and the workload is fairly heavy.
