1. Friendly colleagues
2. The work environment is reasonably comfortable
3. The work environment is rather closed off and lacks diverse perspectives and new ideas (and no one is able to provide guidance), so it is a good opportunity to develop self-reliance and independence through practice.
1. Violates many provisions of the Labor Standards Act
2. No overtime pay; it is recommended not to believe the nonsense about a “responsibility-based work system.”
3. After completing the assigned work, the company may play dumb and refuse to pay the fees you are entitled to; hardworking professionals are more likely to be taken advantage of.
4. No annual raises, no raises for taking on more work, and no clear promotion or salary-increase system.
5. Not very friendly toward sexual orientation.
A small piece of advice:
If you are considering working for a company, it is bound to be because there are many experiences and professional challenges you imagine you can take away from it. However, there are still many companies of the same type that can offer you a complete, honest, fair, healthy, broad-minded, and challenging work environment.
P.S. Be extra careful with related companies as well.
