Some departments have absolutely nothing to do, while others are insanely busy.

Employees are often required to work across departments. Even though you belong to Department A, you may be asked to handle work for Departments B and C. Departments headed by the boss’s relatives do not have to do anything; saying “I don’t know” or “I can’t” is enough to avoid the work, which is then all dumped on employees from other departments. Some department employees lack empathy—in plain terms, many are just taking a salary without doing their jobs. They say there will be pay raises, but none come; they come up with all sorts of excuses to withhold bonuses, such as deducting money because your performance does not meet the supervisor’s standards. There is essentially no employee welfare to speak of.

Whenever foreign guests visit, everything becomes extremely extravagant: high-end meals, fruit, and ice cream are ordered! To make a good impression when foreign guests arrive, they hypocritically require everyone in the office to tidy their own desks.

Overall, this is a truly ridiculous company.

They most often wait until the last minute to prepare (for audits).
