Hmmmmm

Even this year, the situation has not improved much. I especially identify with the second point; despite working hard in such an environment, it still leaves me feeling a diminished sense of self-worth.

During design discussions, I felt more pressure than teamwork. After leaving this company and joining a new one, I deeply realized how valuable open design discussions are. Unfortunately, they were not put into practice at my former company.

Overall, I would recommend that beginner designers join to learn and understand the development and design process in a short period of time, but they should be mentally prepared for overtime and managers with strong subjective opinions.
