I went for an interview more than once. The interviewer at the first interview was very young and respectful.

For the second interview, an old woman and the team leader came. The old woman was constantly aggressive and confrontational, while the team leader was quite respectful. When I went there, the old woman kept asking whether I knew other skills. My résumé clearly said that I knew A, yet she kept asking whether I knew B. Come on, those two are very different—can’t you even tell these two skills apart and still want to hire someone at the minimum wage? Don’t you look at professional qualifications when reviewing résumés? = =

I was still being questioned even though I was applying while employed. Is this old woman a fossil? She also kept asking irrelevant questions, such as how I took leave at my previous company. What does that have to do with the job? And then the turnover is very high—it’s a permanently vacant position.
