The office air conditioning is very cool.
1. The company has just undergone a change in leadership, and many department manager positions are vacant.
2. There is an attendance bonus system; 500 is deducted each time.
3. One afternoon a week is set aside for cleaning (managers are exempt).
4. The cleanliness of your desk is graded.
5. Employees take turns being scheduled to pick up lunch boxes.
6. Every day, HR emails the entire company about attendance and absences (who took leave and who was late).
7. If you are not immediately productive and exceptionally capable, do not waste your time joining only to be humiliated. Anyone capable enough to see the points above probably would not join anyway.
