Punctual
Justifying low pay
Disrespecting professionalism
Extremely sour-faced throughout
Ma’am, if you really think you understand design, come down and do it yourself. You started a company and hired employees to seek out professionals, yet you use your narrow-minded ideas to assume that designers should handle everything under the sun—everything except being paid a decent salary. How are you any different from an ordinary unreasonable customer? I’m very grateful that you showed your resentment toward the world and self-righteousness during the interview; at least you didn’t waste too much of my time imagining how unbearable it would be to work with you in the future. I sincerely hope you treat your employees well.
