The long-standing employees at this company are quite helpful. Some may look a little stern, but basically, if you ask a question, they will answer it, and they are very willing to help newcomers.

If I really had to point out a drawback, it would be the most laughable HR person. The HR person even says on their own LinkedIn that they were the one who raised the company’s satisfaction rating on Job Review Network, yet they do not mention at all that they are someone who does not keep their word and whose remarks are full of gender and age discrimination. For example, they said the salary was an annual salary but failed to mention that it did not include the year-end bonus. If you want to learn from foreign companies by offering an annual salary, then do not ignore the fact that many foreign companies are also willing to provide year-end bonuses in accordance with local conventions. For another example, they said that the salary would be adjusted after the probation period, but when the time came, they said it depended on the department manager. In that case, do not make such definitive statements—you are just HR, not part of the executive management team!
