Not sure
I was proactively invited by this company’s HR to participate in an online interview.
First, I spent 40 minutes taking a test, all of which was related to cryptocurrency.
After I finished, the first interviewer immediately harshly said that I had done very poorly.
Since my previous work was not in the same industry, it was perfectly normal that I didn’t understand it, so I didn’t take it to heart.
Later, another manager—I'm not sure whether they were the CTO or someone else—continued the interview.
When I began my self-introduction, this was the first time I had encountered someone who interrupted me before I could finish. It was extremely rude.
After that, they continued asking a bunch of blockchain-related questions.
If this was just to help HR meet its performance targets, couldn’t they avoid conducting so many interview rounds and wasting everyone’s time?
If you don’t have a relevant background, I suggest avoiding this company.
They asked a bunch of irrelevant questions. Seriously, what was that about?
