For chemical engineering graduates with no experience, it is possible to enter and gain some initial experience.
This company’s employee training is inadequate. Unless you have a chemical engineering background, you need to have exceptional skills of your own to survive here. It is difficult for employees without a chemical engineering background to get others to teach them anything after joining, so they often have to find ways to teach themselves the necessary job skills. It is not easy to learn the real skills. The company has been operating at a loss for years and has not made money, so it is difficult to get a raise after joining. If you find a better opportunity, you should definitely leave; this is not a place to work long-term.
