A very stingy family business (performance scores are arbitrarily assigned and money is deducted arbitrarily). Salary increases are minimal. You won't learn much technical skill—it’s a waste of time. The younger boss is very strange and thinks he’s very capable, but in reality he’s unbelievably incompetent. Also, there’s an accountant who meddles in on-site matters—take special note! The accountant also leaks the résumé you originally submitted and your personal information. If you tell the boss you want a raise, he’ll tell you to leave. The on-site technicians clearly do a terrible job, but management turns a blind eye. All I can say is that apprentices and semi-skilled workers are treated as less than human.
