Management is relatively lax.
About 60% of the coworkers are easy to get along with.
Many aspects do not comply with the Labor Standards Act.
The basic salary is only $20,000.
Perfect attendance adds $2,000, making it $22,000 (not compliant with the Labor Standards Act).
There is absolutely no grace period; being even 1 minute late means a $10 deduction (not compliant with the Labor Standards Act).
The boss drinks during the day.
Needless to say, even more so at night...
Some employees drink together.
Sales staff bring clients to visit.
There have even been instances of women's underwear appearing between the cushions of the sofa...
It's truly outrageous.
Although a lot of money was spent on the interior decoration,
the place is essentially very much like a hostess club.
