Good benefits, regular working hours, and colleagues with relatively long average tenure
An offhand comment was misinterpreted, immediately offending an engineer, who then began targeting me and giving me dirty looks. Still, they would say goodbye properly, emphasizing that newcomers who don't understand something should ask questions. However, some people don't want to answer when you ask them a question, or tell you to ask someone else. I was directly asked whether no one had taught me, which was extremely awkward. The accounting department said my reimbursement request procedure was wrong, but after discussing it, they said pretty much anything was fine. It was really strange.
A lot of things were given verbally, and I couldn't remember them all in the end. Forgetting to ship something was my fault, but being directly told not to pretend to look like I didn't understand anything was absolutely bewildering. This was their attitude toward a newcomer making one mistake. Even on the day I resigned, I still didn't understand who was responsible for shipping. There is a reason why the sales assistant position has had so many people rotate through it.
