None. I didn’t sense any positive qualities in him.
The studio is on the second floor, with a metal gate on the first floor.
It’s a small studio that makes graduation yearbooks. There are few employees, the environment doesn’t look very good, and there was no hands-on test.
I thought I was coming to interview for a design position, but it turned out to be an opportunity to listen to the boss’s personal presentation.
He criticized your work, education, and experience.
He boasted about his own accomplishments to make himself seem important. He is very good at talking, but his work and experience also looked rather mediocre.
He couldn’t clearly explain the important salary and benefits, so presumably the salary wasn’t very good either.
I wasted two hours listening to someone ramble.
I suggest that anyone considering interviewing there not waste their time stepping on this landmine and getting humiliated.
It would be more practical to interview with a company that genuinely wants to pay a decent salary and offers comprehensive benefits.
