None. The environment is just as terrible. The supervisor is an idiot who curses at people despite having unclear logic. Even after things were clarified, there wasn't a single apology afterward. A textbook abusive manager and management's hatchet man.
The environment is terrible, and the people are unpleasant. A family-run traditional manufacturing company in central Taiwan. The supervisor is incompetent and also acts like an idiot.
They should have retired but refuse to do so, spending all day at the company tormenting people they dislike. They also pressure people into resigning.
At present, they can only deceive recent graduates into joining and working themselves to the bone. Still working themselves to the bone...
