有限責任台灣主婦聯盟生活消費合作社
Pros

None possible

Cons

This cooperative does not seem to care much about an employee’s actual background. Instead, it seems more concerned with years of service and whether they will let the cooperative push them around—for example, arbitrarily accepting job transfers, overtime, holiday work, and so on. This is what you might call bullying through the abuse of power, or perhaps the aim is to lower job seekers’ salaries, or maybe it is the legendary “stress-resistance test”?

In any case, it is unclear, and there is no need to find out.

Furthermore, to accommodate this cooperative’s “holiday activities,” even positions that may not normally require it could involve working on holidays. This could be a warning sign: employees may be required to travel domestically or overseas to provide support, although what they would be supporting is unknown. It is even more confusing whether, regardless of their position, employees at this cooperative are expected to become checkout staff or movers of some kind.

Whether young or old, it is recommended that you not go to an interview at this cooperative when you have nothing better to do. Otherwise, you may only invite humiliation and give the HR staff an opportunity to vent their frustrations about life on job seekers.
