Pros
The first interview was held at the department store counter. The environment was beautiful and upscale, and the interviewer was gentle and courteous. Due to the pandemic, the second interview was conducted online. The interviewer was the Brand Director, who was friendly and gentle throughout the interview.
Cons
The company has a high turnover rate, and its organizational structure is constantly being reorganized.
