The current year-end bonus is okay.
The R&D department’s incompetent person in charge is the root of the chaos—without a doubt.
Not much ability, but plenty of temper;
First to take credit, first to mysteriously avoid responsibility when something goes wrong.
It all depends on who is unlucky enough to take the blame~
The sales team here has it the worst; they always have to use sales “技巧” to cover up the fact that R&D’s capabilities are lacking.
Conclusion: It is still a company that makes decent money for now, but unfortunately it has already started to decline. The boss is very generous, but some managers’ management abilities… are worrying.
(Those new to the workplace can go to the production or sales departments to learn something; as for the other departments… never mind.)
