Pros
They’re very short-staffed, so HR seems to recruit anyone just to boost their performance figures.
Cons
They approached me for an interview for an after-sales service engineer position. I replied that I was waiting for the interview, but my message was read and ignored. Later, when I applied again, they said I wasn’t suitable. If I wasn’t suitable, why did they approach me for an interview in the first place?
