The owner's wife treats the employees very well! The employee gatherings are great!
At this company, you must be self-reliant, because whenever there is a problem, supervisors will tell the person involved to figure out how to handle it themselves!
The owner's wife's younger sister (HR) treats the employees she considers good well; toward employees she does not approve of, she is coercive and verbally abusive!
Employees who want to resign cannot get their resignation application form and labor and health insurance transfer-out certificates on the day they leave!
Everyone has to wait until the owner's wife's younger sister has time to process them, after which she will notify the departing employee to pick them up in person (if they are not picked up, they are voided; she refuses to send them by registered mail)!
