Pros
1. Compared with other companies in traditional industries, the salary is genuinely quite generous (including overtime pay, bonuses for the three major holidays, a birthday bonus, year-end bonus, etc.)
2. Family meals are encouraged. You can apply for a monthly family-day subsidy, as well as monthly cake points.
3. Colleagues get along well. If there are any issues, you can raise and discuss them with your supervisor.
4. The promotion channels are fairly smooth! If you perform exceptionally well, supervisors will take care of and promote you (personnel changes are announced monthly, so you can see them).
5. The equipment and machinery are advanced and regularly updated and maintained, so you can learn about and see more processes that are not visible in outside bakeries.
Cons
1. I don't know whether it's due to the external labor shortage, but staffing has been relatively tight recently, so overtime may be required (you do get paid for it! It just takes time).
2. The central factory is not a single-level facility; it occupies an entire building. Cakes from each production line need to be transported on cake carts via the elevator, but there is only one elevator =.=
3. You need to accommodate temporary scheduling adjustments or overtime. The response is that more orders have been received and adjustments are necessary, which may also be due to the made-to-order production model. However, it is less flexible.
