Employees who have not completed one month of employment in their joining month are not enrolled in insurance, and salaries are calculated based on actual days worked, with no pay for holidays. Upon resignation, salaries are also calculated based on actual days worked, and holidays are unpaid. Salaries are paid in cash, so count it carefully—it will only be short, never extra. There are no flexible working hours; only family members and certain long-serving employees have this benefit. On make-up workdays, long-serving employees can take leave without making up the work or having their pay deducted. New employees do not need to make up the workday, but are not paid, which is effectively forcing new employees to take unpaid leave. There are no two hours of exercise time per week and no other benefits. The only benefit is food products that are nearing their expiration date, expired, or returned due to insects; employees can take them home to “exercise their bodies.” The company is a family business: there are many disputes despite the small number of employees, communication goes in circles, and it is an old company with old employees, old thinking, a narrow-minded attitude, a limited outlook, poor environmental hygiene, and a terrible, highly deceptive culture. Job seekers are advised to think twice!
