Pros
Can't recruit enough people, always understaffed. No need to worry about unpaid leave. The longer you work here, the more familiar you become with how to register at a hospital department.
Cons
Every day, overtime pay starts with half an hour being deducted. Targets grow exponentially, 80% of the sales work is done for nothing, and only 20% of sales work counts toward performance—yet they only look at performance capabilities?
