Very high degree of freedom

This company has all the drawbacks of a family business (communication barriers, authoritarianism, and disadvantaged employees). Most importantly, managers show very obvious favoritism and differential treatment! Employee turnover is high, and the company hires relatives as managers who lack professional operational knowledge. Lower-level employees are often treated as experimental subjects for implementing strategies; when the results are poor, it is blamed on employees’ abilities. In some cases, offices are even closed due to poor operations, leaving some employees as casualties in the aftermath.
