The only real perk is probably the working hours:

1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

If there are no customers, you can leave on time.

This is a company where seniority matters above everything else.

The old hands also like to bully and verbally harass newcomers,

believing that newcomers deserve to suffer. That's their company culture.

Even if you have no ability, you can still coast for a long time and get promoted comfortably.

So most of the people in higher positions are brainless and incapable, yet they spend all day putting on an experienced-worker attitude for you to see.

What left the deepest impression on me was that when a newcomer asked again about something they didn't understand, they were met with impatience and eye rolls.

Then the supervisors and coworkers weren't very willing to train you either (after all, everyone is competing for performance and credit).

If you want to learn quickly and get up to speed, you have to be extremely proactive about asking questions (though they may not respond to you very nicely anyway).

In any case, the entire company is full of negative emotions. People like to complain about coworkers, former employees, customers... and so on.

And although this is technically a sales job, the pay isn't particularly high!

The most I ever received was 30K...

There are also no benefits such as holiday bonuses for the three major festivals or year-end bonuses.

Employees have to buy the company's products at full price, which tells you how poorly they treat their staff.

Anyway, if you have no ambitions, want to coast along doing as little as possible, and can put up with bullying from the old hands,

you can go for it.
