The actual situation after joining was different from what was presented during the interview. The boss is very emotional and will yell in the office. One person is expected to do the work of several people. When problems arise, they do not communicate rationally, but instead directly assign blame and expect employees to take the fall. They talk about complying with the Labor Standards Act as though it were an enormous favor. Technically, they use very outdated methods. Senior employees do not learn new technologies, but instead ask newcomers to work according to the old methods. Standard procedures that are normal at other companies do not apply here. They will treat you as an outsider. This company is more suitable for people who are extremely M and do not think independently. Those who have their own opinions and clear logic may need to think it over carefully.
