Good benefits, up to 17 months of compensation
When I went for the interview, the manager was biased against my résumé and said it wasn't what he wanted. After a period of ridicule, I asked the manager, “Could you just tell me directly whether I’ll be hired or not?” He said the possibility was very low, then went on to ask whether HR was there, saying, “They even bring someone like this in for an interview!”
I thought to myself, “Well, isn’t it because you’re short-staffed? You made it sound like the job was so great, but the manager’s attitude was far too arrogant!”
Overall, I really didn’t like the interview process.
The manager was very sarcastic. You wouldn’t even encounter this level of mockery in an external interview. Terrible.
