Typical exploitative boss—suited to being a professor, not running a company. The husband-and-wife owners are unbelievably stingy: low pay, no benefits, and they make you do all sorts of miscellaneous tasks, then complain that your performance is poor. They don’t dare offend clients, so they only dare to train engineers like dogs. The machines are lousy, the environment is filthy, and you’re constantly required to falsify data. If you submit your resignation within the first ten days, they don’t want to pay your salary and will make you leave early. There’s only one decent restaurant nearby; otherwise, you have to eat at a convenience store.
