Before the interview, I had to complete a personality test, an aptitude test, a Q&A about the position I was applying for (five questions over two pages), and a personal information form. After finishing them, I was interviewed by two supervisors. They asked a great many questions about my work experience and hypothetical situations, but did not mention the position's salary, benefits, or working hours at all (none of this was listed on 104). They did not even explain the job duties before sending me on my way. However, the interview process itself was pleasant. If you are considering interviewing with this company, be prepared to be asked the same questions repeatedly. Some questions had already been answered in the written Q&A, but the supervisor may ask them again to appear professional. The interview itself lasted exactly half an hour, not including the written forms mentioned above, which may take another half an hour or even an hour to complete.
