There are no advantages besides the colleagues being great.

I have to say, if you want to hone your patience, you can come here,

but conversely, what it will consume is your time and mental and physical well-being.

Leaders who only know how to make empty promises

demand that employees meet their standards,

yet cannot even fully safeguard employees' most basic rights.

Salaries are opaque, and the overtime and reimbursement processes are complicated.

After nearly 10 years in business, the company still cannot establish a workplace culture,

and even turns around and berates employees for lacking team spirit :）

There is never a day when the work is completely finished.

Even matters outside your own responsibilities will land in your hands.

You will be scolded whether you do something poorly or fail to finish it,

while your self-esteem is constantly undermined,

yet they do not realize that all the problems stem from themselves.

All I can say is that this is not a place suitable for staying long-term.
