Flexible working hours
Flexible clock-in and clock-out
Only later did I realize this was an excuse for a responsibility-based work system with no overtime pay
Cons
No overtime pay for working overtime on projects
When rushing to meet deadlines, team members worked over 12 hours
Severe office politics
Supervisors have no willingness to mentor new employees
No training system
