The first stage was a conversation with an HR representative, which I suppose was meant to ease the atmosphere. She mainly asked about things on my résumé. The HR representative was very polite and lovely; at first, I thought they had just sent a junior employee to deal with applicants.
The second stage was the final-boss stage, so to speak. Before the interview, I had heard that it was difficult to get into Yi Fei Information. Only after taking the actual test did I realize how difficult it really was. The test was worth 250 points, with 60 required to pass, and I still failed. However, after the test, the interviewer explained each question to me one by one, including why it was included, and even when I got an answer wrong, asked me why I had written it that way. This was the most serious and thorough interviewer I have ever encountered.
After the interview, they even gave me a Scrum book and a Starbucks coffee voucher, which showed considerable sincerity.
The interview took too long, and I felt embarrassed about going to the restroom midway through, so I recommend drinking less water before the interview.
The test took place in a conference room with poor soundproofing, so I could hear music and conversations from outside.
