The company is very large; just looking at the facility, you wouldn't guess that it is a company with more than 200 employees.
The benefits system is very comprehensive, and lunch is provided (dinner is provided when working overtime).
You can even bring your own bucket to fill with drinking water and take home. This was particularly impressive!
The HR staff and some employees are very friendly and are willing to explain things to and teach new employees.
There are employee trips, but they are not held regularly. There is a barbecue event in October, and family members can be brought to both events~
The only benefit that is somewhat criticized is that the year-end bonus is paid in three installments: around the Lunar New Year, the Dragon Boat Festival, and the Mid-Autumn Festival.
There is a three-month probationary period and an evaluation system after joining. Those who do not pass the evaluation will be dismissed.
When I initially saw the job posting on a recruitment website, it stated that shift work could be scheduled for day or evening shifts, but that was not actually the case after joining.
You can only work the day shift. Since the factory operates 24 hours a day, they are more in need of people who can rotate through all three shifts.
Eight weeks of work followed by 16 days off.
Moreover, the production operator's work is not simply a matter of basic operation.
People with some technical or engineering background will find it easier to get started~ (assembling and disassembling equipment, and operating it).
Sometimes heavy lifting is required. Unless a woman is physically strong, this job is more suitable for men.
