Many years ago, workers were paid by the day: no work meant no pay.

Even when they did work, they did not earn much.

I just don't know whether they have switched to a monthly salary system now.

The year-end bonus is not much.

The company also has factories in mainland China, but considering its medium-to-large scale and workforce,

offering this kind of salary and benefits makes the company seem very stingy!

There are domestic employee trips, but the destinations are not very appealing.
