The interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to. It never felt awkward, and they also understood the type of company I was looking for and my requirements.
The company is small and does not have designated workstations. Everyone sits wherever there is a seat, and people also carry their laptops around. During the interview, there was no private room available, and other managers were nearby. One of the managers also made a phone call during the interview. In addition, the company's environment was not clean or well organized; it was quite messy.
The interviewer also explained that because it is a small company, the responsibilities cannot be clearly fixed and are generally quite varied.
