Not being forced to work overtime is okay; if you like constant changes and enjoy having surprises and challenges every day, you’ll definitely love it!
The boss talks in circles all day. He can’t decide whether the company should move forward or not, and whether to manage business matters or not. There’s a pile of things, and anything that can be put off is put off. All he does is keep mentioning that he used to live in Germany—come on! This is Taiwan! As the company’s highest-level manager, all he can say is, “You decide,” but when problems arise, don’t go looking for him. Use documents he created as templates, and then he’ll say that doing it this way is wrong. Everyone is left utterly confused!
If you have exceptionally strong patience, perhaps you can handle the job. If you don’t believe me, experience it for yourself!
