Strongly recommended:

If you want to work in the automotive industry, you would be better off developing your career at Kuozui Toyota Motor or China Motor Corporation than at Yulon Motor, and your knowledge and abilities would also be better developed.

Because Yulon.....is no longer the professional automaker I know.

1. Low base salary; entry-level positions start at around NT$30,000.

2. Few salary adjustments. From 2013 to 2019, I first worked through one staffing agency and then another before being hired as a regular Yulon employee (before 2021).

The annual salary adjustment was only NT$10–15 or so.

3. Heavy workload. If you can't finish it, figure it out yourself; supervisors only care about meeting their KPIs because they want to climb the ladder themselves... As for your future, well... Examples include production volume, quality, data..... Just look at what happened to Luxgen......you know what I mean........

4. High turnover among engineers and frontline employees. (Engineers have relatively higher salaries, but starting salaries of just over NT$30,000 are already very common for frontline employees in Miaoli.)

5. Promotion... just wait. If you don't participate in the drinking-table culture, do you really think you'll have an easy time.....

6. Although Yulon supported a large number of Miaoli residents 20 years ago, the policies and systems implemented by department managers have gradually led the company into decline.

Seeing Yulon now is just so sad.....especially for those who once regarded Yulon as the only company they would ever work for.
