Almost no advantages
I strongly advise newcomers not to join this company. At my previous company, when there was a pay raise, the general manager added only a small amount and was extremely stingy about it. Later, they cut everyone’s perfect-attendance bonus and also prohibited supervisors from giving performance scores of 100%. In addition, the supervisors here act with impunity. If they dislike you, they will do everything they can to make things difficult for you, deduct your bonuses, and cut your year-end bonus. There is also no channel for escalating complaints. This company has no future and no opportunities for advancement, and they will find every possible way to deduct money. Don’t believe what the HR department says about the benefits—many of them are gone. There is no year-end banquet or spring dinner either.
