席恩資訊股份有限公司
Pros

When you first join, there is a lot to learn. It is considered a well-known company in the marketing industry.

(But strangely, everyone knows about this company, C&E, yet not necessarily who the boss is.)

Cons

The company is very fond of making grand promises. Interviews usually last 2–3 hours, but most of the time is spent listening to the boss talk about his plans, stories, and vision for the company.

They always say how much money you can make each month including bonuses, but in reality, you should consider yourself lucky if the company simply pays your full salary...

The compensatory leave system is also very strange. Normally, working hours are 9:30 to 18:30. If the period from 18:30 to 19:30 is treated as an unpaid dinner break, I can accept that—it's reasonable! But if you work until 22:00, the company only gives you one hour of compensatory leave. This is basically a disguised violation of the Labor Standards Act. Even if you protest, it is useless; all you get in return is the boss becoming prejudiced against you~~~ Moreover, even if you work until two or three in the morning to rush a proposal that day, they still give you a maximum of only three hours of compensatory leave (this is written in the employment contract, which even specifically says that this part is not in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. Isn't that practically inviting us to sue them????)

You can't become too friendly with your colleagues privately. According to colleagues who have been there longer, if you frequently arrange to go out for meals together or have a private group chat, the boss will think that you are talking about the company or badmouthing him behind his back. At that point, you will start being........targeted.

A double-standard system, improper/unhealthy relationships between the boss and employees, violations of the Labor Standards Act, and promises that never materialize.

Also, although this is a digital marketing company, according to former colleagues, it is now focusing all its efforts on developing smart vending machine projects.

It even exhibited at a franchise trade show...

Just like C&E!

In short...

Those of you considering coming here, think it through carefully!

I neither recommend nor oppose it—everyone gets what they need. It depends on what you are pursuing!
