Christian company, many employees, and most colleagues are pretty good.
The senior HR manager bullies employees (bullying several people, not just one), does not provide phones to new employees, and monitors employees as if they were criminals. When employees resign, this manager even interrogates them about whether they took toilet paper. The most humiliating company in my life. This manager is a major problem within the company.
The editor-in-chief, my direct supervisor, has an unpredictable temperament, repeatedly goes back on agreements with people, is self-centered, and does not understand respect.
