2. A training ground for engineers changing careers
Cons
1. During the interview, HR will ask about your salary at your previous company (N), then make an offer of N-1 to N-2 (you know what I mean)
2. Most of the engineers they can recruit are junior or blank slates, and layers of legacy code keep piling up
3. A company with relatively weak technical capabilities
