Pros:
1. NT$5,000 at each of the three major holidays
2. In addition to the salary, there are bonuses based on video traffic, bonuses for executing company advertising projects, and separately calculated writing fees—overall, the compensation is above the industry average
3. The supervisor is very good, provides many learning opportunities, and also helps shield you from a lot of unnecessary hassles
4. The female president is very encouraging and places great importance on employees and the issues they raise
5. The colleagues are very easy to get along with~ The office atmosphere is harmonious
6. You can leave work extremely punctually
Basically, I learned a lot of things here. (People who say they cannot learn anything probably have not properly confronted their own issues; personally, I think there is something to learn at every company.) There are also free weekly magazines to read~ so you can keep up with current events~
Of course, the company is not perfect, but overall, it is still a great company~
