The supervisor is excellent, devoted wholeheartedly to the company as if it were their own. The company's interests come first—the perfect wage earner.
Employees have to handle everything themselves, including sourcing materials. The supervisor puts the company's interests first, so employees must purchase materials and tools on their own; company assets cannot be used for these purchases. As for salary and benefits, those are even more out of the question—getting the company to spend money is impossible. Employees are also expected to be available whenever called. They are not treated as people, but merely as tools to be discarded after use.
