She is strong because without lifting a finger, just by moving her mouth, she can create a world-famous masterpiece, completely refreshing all your understanding. She is confident in that although she is not a princess, her words, actions, and manner are entirely those of a noble princess.

The second characteristic of this company:

After you work hard to complete your tasks, your supervisor will likewise work hard to spend a long~ long~ long~ time thinking about how to revise them. She is truly very serious.

Although she may look like she is not doing anything, you have to trust her—she is genuinely thinking very seriously about how to give you revision suggestions.

Usually, it is only at the very last moment before the end of the workday that she comes to tell you the insights and reflections she has arrived at after thinking all day. Then, as you chat, half an hour passes. And since she is sharing her thoughts, naturally she will not pay you anything for it, such as overtime pay.

During meetings, the supervisor would even specifically emphasize and remind everyone~ that they absolutely must not leave work on time, because they would miss many opportunities to exchange thoughts with the supervisor.
