The company benefits are pretty good, and the promotion system is well established.
Apart from the two people mentioned in the cons, everyone else is generally friendly.
It is recommended that you make sure the position will not overlap with the female J manager in the Customer Service Department and her female staff follower S before joining.
The female J manager is very good at putting on an act in front of supervisors or people from other departments—an extremely two-faced person. If she dislikes a new employee, she and her follower S will loudly berate and publicly bully them, so you have to endure the pressure of being scolded almost every day! Even when you can’t take it anymore and resign, you are forced to write that you left because you were not good enough :) This really is not a people-friendly environment.
