It was quite interesting; you could have a good bragging contest with the interviewers.
I went to interview for a maintenance position at the company. There were two interviewers, who actively asked questions and pried into my personal information. Their purpose was clearly to discount my education and experience and treat me as having no experience. When I asked about salary and promotion opportunities, they gave vague answers and were unwilling to answer directly. In the end, they said I could only receive an apprentice's salary of 26,XXX (while also being required to drive a delivery truck). But here's the problem: the monthly salary advertised on the recruitment website was NT$28,000–35,000. That really doesn't add up.
One more thing: at the end of the interview, they said they would notify me whether or not I was hired. In the end, they simply left me without any response, which made me feel that the company not only lacked sincerity in recruiting, but that the job posting was also dishonest.
