Pros
I don't know because I didn't join the company.
Cons
The salary listed as “negotiable” on the 1111 job platform (I have a screenshot).
After actually spending time going to the site, the salary offered by the interviewer was far below that standard, and the position was not for a design role. They first asked whether I could do design and whether I could work as a salesperson, and only then asked about my past experience and what I was good at.
It felt extremely disrespectful to job seekers.
