Family-owned business
Certain positions have consistently high turnover
They can dismiss you for all sorts of reasons….
Everything discussed in the interview sounds great
The work pace is extremely fast, to the point of making you feel like you have bipolar disorder
You also have to help pack and inspect goods…
There is no professional division of labor
You also have to clean the workplace first thing in the morning, take turns cleaning the toilets, and take out the trash
Those considering going should think twice
