Colleagues are very friendly, the company benefits are comprehensive, the company’s location is convenient for transportation, and there are many activities.
It is a company with systems in place, yet also somewhat chaotic. For one copywriting task alone, I was asked to show it to three different supervisors, and then there was no follow-up at all. Often, it was unclear whom I should prioritize when it came to my work.
I am relatively introverted, but I was still called in and told that they had not seen any passion for the brand from me. I was completely confused at the time. It was clearly only my first week on the job, and I was still adapting to the work.
After thinking it over, I felt that the company needed someone who was sociable and able to communicate extensively. Combined with my difficulty adapting to the internal processes, I resigned.
