亞尼克菓子工房股份有限公司
Pros

1. A monthly subsidy for family meals

2. A free health checkup after completing one year of employment

3. Birthday bonus (cash, not a gift voucher or points)

4. Employees are not required to perform at the company’s spring banquet and year-end party

5. Most colleagues are easy to get along with

Cons

Disadvantages

1. Decisions change from day to day; all decisions depend on the mood of senior management. Internal efficiency is extremely poor, and equipment repairs can be delayed for over a week.

2. The office plumbing is poor, and the entire building smells terrible. Halfway through the workday, the smell of feces from the restroom can even drift into the office.

3. The office is on the seventh floor, but there is only a freight elevator. Since the company prohibits using it, everyone climbs the stairs every day, getting knee exercise in the process.

4. Although it is an office, the company says it is going paperless for environmental reasons and therefore does not provide blank paper for printing or copying. How are we supposed to work? Employees also have to find their own copy paper.

5. The office prohibits the use of staples, paper clips, utility knives, and rubber bands, claiming they might be brought into the factory. But the factory is clearly on the second floor, and ordinary employees cannot freely enter or leave it. Why does this require banning these items throughout the entire office?

6. Gifts sent by business contacts during holidays are required to be turned over in full to senior management, which looks quite bad.

7. I’m not sure whether this counts as a disadvantage: new employees must submit a health examination report, but there is no subsidy or affiliated clinic offering a discount, so the cost must be paid personally. (The free health checkup is only provided after completing one year of employment.)

8. Many people are leaving now, and new hires come in just to clean up the mess.
